Not a study tour. A tailor-made working lab.

Many executive visits to China are built around observation: presentations, showrooms, factory walkthroughs. NobleProg's immersions are built around doing. Participants program collaborative robots in a partner lab, operate humanoid and mobile robots, and test automation scenarios in DaDesktop, NobleProg's cloud-based virtual lab.

Visits to partner robotics manufacturers then put what they have practiced in front of the companies that build the technology.

Beyond the open pilot sessions, every immersion is a unique experience, designed for one company around its industry, its challenges and the decisions its leaders need to make. Content, length, location and the manufacturers visited are all shaped to fit that organisation, so no two immersions are the same.

Fly in with problems, fly out with solutions

Each immersion starts from the participant's own business. Executives, from engineering leads to the boardroom, arrive with a real question: where automation fits, which technologies or suppliers to evaluate, how to scope a first project.

Immersions start at three to four days and can be extended up to ten days, tailored to each partner's needs. Delivered in English, they take participants from an introduction to robotics, AI and embodied AI into hands-on practice and direct conversations with manufacturers.

They leave with a one-page automation plan for their own organisation, tested against real hardware and discussed with the people who build it.

The first two immersions

Humanoid Robotics & Embodied Intelligence Immersion – Shenzhen explains how AI, sensors and software allow robots to act in the physical world.

Participants visit a humanoid robot manufacturer and an industrial robot manufacturer, then spend a lab day teaching a collaborative arm a task and operating a humanoid or mobile robot.

Industrial Robotics & Smart Manufacturing Immersion – Guangzhou focuses on AI and robotics in production: quality inspection, predictive maintenance, digital twins, cobots and mobile robots.

Participants visit industrial and humanoid robot manufacturers, program a cobot for a pick-and-place task and optimise a simulated robot cell.

Both immersions cover the business side of adoption: cost, return on investment, safety, workforce impact and supplier selection.

The Shenzhen and Guangzhou immersions are the first step. NobleProg plans to extend the format to other cities in China and to locations outside China by the end of 2027.
